A company with over 50 years of experience, dedicated to produce well constructed hardwood flooring that will last for decades and workmanship that allows the customer peace of mind that a job will be finished timely, most efficiently, and as stress-free as possible. All work is done by the owner, whose own personal experience borders now on 40 years, and his son, a journeyman himself, who retain 10 years in the line of work.
We strive to create a functioning environment that provides an easy quality of life for both the worker and customer, knowing that your home is in the best hands whilst we work is our top priority when we carry out the project.

"I am writing a review for my parents. Mike did the hardwood floors to their new construction home. Mike did an exceptional job and the floors look beautiful. He is not just amazing at his craft but worked hard and paid close attention to every last detail. He even did an additional small area that we had originally missed.
Most of all though Mike was just a great person to work with. He was incredibly communicative throughout the whole process. I initially helped my parents coordinate and Mike was onsite working another job but took the time to text me to tell me exactly what his schedule was and when we could have a longer conversation. Even though he was working and I told him he could get back to me later, he always got back to me right away via text. My parents loved working with him too. My dad has kept asking me to help him write this review because he wants everyone to know how great Mike is to work with. My parents also really appreciated how he was the only contractor we got an estimate from that did not make us purchase a lot of additional flooring that was not needed. Nothing went to waste! "I had laminate floors installed to match some existing floors by the Finishing Touch, Mike Murray and his team. Would recommend them for anyone looking to do any kind of wood or floor work. Reliable, trustworthy, excellent communicator, reasonable rates, and local out of Antioch. They tore out and disposed of some really bad carpeting, did a great job on the trim and went above and beyond. Also left the work area completely neat and clean. Highly recommend!"
